The home consists of 150 sq.m floor area; it also has a large covered terrace that is 30 sq.m in size. From the terrace when you look beyond the palm trees you can see all the way to the ocean.

 

There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a foldaway double bed in the living-dining area.

 

Both bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The living-dining area has two large ceiling fans.
