These Gulf-side homes in a safe and quiet suburb of the small city North Port are located between Fort Myers and Sarasota, about 5-10 minutes from Port Charlotte.

Shopping opportunities and restaurants are on US Highway 41 and just a few minutes away. Also within a short driving distance are fantastic beaches and golf courses. But you can also do other sports activities.

What makes this location special is that it is quiet here and also safe. On this little country road you are far away from traffic noises. There is no crime here, the neighborhood is friendly, and people greet each other in the morning and wave to those who are out for a run.

Especially recommended for first-time Florida visitors.
