  Due to its extensive waterways (640 km) Cape Coral is called the "Venice of America".
• You have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico via the beautiful Caloosahatchee River.
  Our boat dockage is directly behind the building.
• Ft Myers' seemingly endless fabulous beaches and the beautiful offshore Gulf of Mexico islands Sanibel and Captive are about a 20-minute drive away.
