Vacation condos
This exclusive, Florida style property is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. It consists of eight condominiums with identical floor plans.
Both buildings have saltwater frontage along the broad Rubicon Canal. You can access the Golf of Mexico with a boat via the beautiful Caloosahatchee River. Due to its extensive waterways (640 km in all) Cape Coral is also named the "Venice of America".
Looking from the comfortable living room (with TV and telephone) beyond the terrace you have a charming view of the Rubicon Canal.
Next to the kitchen, which is equipped with all modern appliances and a washer and dryer there is a cozy dining table for four.
Each of the two tastefully furnished bedrooms contains a king-size bed with two individual mattresses (beds can be separated).
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet.
There are plenty of sheets and towels for you.
Exterior:
Our sun-loving guests especially enjoy the over-water sundeck; it provides shade under a thatched roof and there is a constant gentle breeze blowing.
Our large heated pool (15 x 7 m) is ideally suited for those who want to enjoy a refreshing swim. For the beach lovers we provide loungers, sunshades and beach towels.

The condo is tastefully furnished and fully equipped; you won't be lacking anything.
Our German property manager will be more than happy to assist you if you would like to rent a boat (no boat operator's license needed in Florida). Your boat dockage is right behind the condo complex.
