The home is located in a spacious “urbanisation” around it are very well-kept villas, several restaurants, a supermarket, tennis courts etc.

The town Javea with which we are associated, has very good shopping facilities as well as a picturesque old town and is about 6 km away. There you also find a very romantic old port with fishing harbor and large elegant marina; the beaches and numerous restaurants are a little closer.
