The vacation villa is located in Weligama, 140 km south of Colombo, at the coastel road to Matara. Transfer time to the airport approx. 4 hr by A. C. Minibus. The premises are open all year. The Beach The palmfringed beach is sandy. Waves and coral reef in front. A large natural pool is 50 m away and some other romantique bays are nearby. The Walli-Walla Beach and Mirissa can be reached by motorised rikshaws.


Activities (Program is available) Diving centers in Weligama and Unawatuna. Tennis in the hotel nearby (2 km). Fishing can be arranged. Biking (Rent a Bike).

This exclusive country house in colonial style, with 650 sq.m living area for 8 persons, lies in the middle of a palmgrove in the deep, tranquil south of Sri Lanka and is located directly at the sea. 		The equipment: The 4 double bedrooms with hot water shower and WC ensuite fan has 40 sq.m living area each. Each room has its unique design and is furnished in colonial style.

The Pavilion with libary, Nat. TV and Radio, CD player, indoor games, Ayurvedic massages and body styling equipment.


The Terraces The Pavilion with generous and shaded terraces invite to relax and enjoy the spectacular view of coast and Indian Ocean as well as the wonderful Palmgrove. On four terraces and in the living hall we serve delicious sea food, local, Asian and Chinese dishes.

The Courtyard The large open-air courtyard with acces to the beautiful botanical garden and the pavilion surrounded by shaded terraces. Building position according to Feng-Shui principles.
		Service Staff always on the premises: Manager, chef, steward, masseuse, laundry and room servic. Airport Transfers. Sightseeing tours of cultural monuments and National Parks with own A. C.
