The Villa

Kenya - Experience for those who would hotels but still prefer
to do without want that touch of European luxury.

The villa has a living space of over 300 sq.m on two levels (for 4 persons).

It has two master bedrooms with bathroom each on the ground floor. It has a colossal big living quarter, of over 100 sq.m, with two open galleries on the upper floor. The high Makutti roof (25 m) together with widedimensioned gable openings and the two galleries provide a pleasant room climate without air-conditioning system. An additional cooling is ensured by webnet ventilators in all rooms. There is a babycot in one of the bedrooms.
All beds are equipped with nets and personal safe is in the built-in wardrobe.
In Africa, since one spends most of the time in the open, the gigantic terrace is an inviting dinning and living room. Everything is artisticaly and wonderfully styled - African Style mated with European luxury.
The kitchen equipped with gas and electric cooker, coffee machine, blender, toaster etc., completely.

Other:

  • As a beautiful african custom, we usually walk bare-footed on the terrace and in the house. We would be grateful if you would accustom yourself to this simple ritual.
  • You are also definately to meet with 10 - 20 cm long millipedes also known as "Mombasa express".
  • And small geckos usually appear on the housewall.
They are both completly harmless, and are very useful insect-eaters.
