A 25-minute walk on a footpath through the woods or a 10-minute drive takes you to the historic city center of Volterra.

- Volterra is an ideal starting point for excursions: 70 km distance to Florence, 60 km to Siena and Pisa, and 45 km to the Tyrrhenian Sea with its beaches.
- The pristine landscape of the lends itself to lovely hikes.

How to find us:
- Leave Volterra to your left and follow the sign Siena-Florence to the Esso gas station.
- About 50 m past the gas station you will see a sign for Ospedale. Just beyond this sign turn left onto Via Luigi Scabia (on one side of this small road a Coop supermarket, on the other the bar-trattoria "da bado").
- Follow Via Luigi Scabia for about 1 km, pass the church S. Gerolamo on your left until you see the sign Via Privata and S. Christiana.
- Turn left at this point. After a short downhill drive you see an oak tree on your left.
- After an additional 40 m you see a red gate on your left - the entrance to Cellina.
