Rental rates include :

We have a two-tiered rate structure at the Nomad House. The high seasons extend from the Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November) weekend through the President's Day holiday (third Monday in February); and Memorial Day (last Monday in May) weekend through Labor Day (first Monday in September). Dates falling outside these parameters have low season rates. These rates are effective September 1, 2007.
