In the former couch-house of the castle of Cahuzac you find in a spacious loft-style a holiday home for a total of maximum 14 people.

Located on the border of the Midi-Pyrenées and the Languedoc-Rousillon lies in the south of the Tarn our village Cahuzac, in a hilly landscape at the foot of the nature reserve "la Montagne Noire" (= the Black Mountain).

In the immediate vicinity there are the small idyllic villages and towns with numerous restaurants. Like Sorèze (1,5 mi) with its Abbey-school and Revel (4 mi) whit its weekly market that is described as one of the 100 most beautiful markets of France.

Something further away are the larger tourist towns Carcassonne (27 mi), Toulouse (34 mi) and Albi (37 mi), ideal for a day trip.

Nearby is the lake of Saint-Ferréol (4 mi) that provides the "Canal du Midi" from water and who is on the list of UNESCO World Heritage. Lac St-Ferréol is a place of great beaty with a multitude of activities.
Or you can simply enjoy one of the many terraces of the restaurants and cafés that the environment is rich.
