Another lovely walk is down a picturesque gorge to Anidri beach, where you can find lovely bays as well as more populated area's with 2 cafés, beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas. The walk will take about 50 minutes.
Anidri is located 5 km from Paleochora, an easy drive or walk which has many restaurants and shops. There are two supermarkets, bakery shops which offer freshly baked bread every day, two beautiful beaches opposite ends of town and many more beaches and coves a short distance along the coast. During the summer months the main street and sea front road are closed to traffic in the evenings and the restaurants spread their tables and chairs which makes a wonderful ambience.
